The Glebe District Hockey Club has a long history of providing opportunities for men and boys over the age of 15 to play and enjoy the game of hockey. We welcome players of all abilities, from the elite to the beginner.
We have five teams playing in the Sydney Hockey Competition. Our top three teams play in the Premier League Divisions 1-3, while our 4th and 5th Grade teams play in the Sydney League competition.
Our teams have always approached their hockey with a competitive determination, a strong sense of camaraderie and an interest in supporting the ongoing development of our players, especially the transition of our juniors into the senior ranks.
Games are played on Saturdays between March/April to August/September each year. Training takes place on Tuesday nights at Cintra Hockey Complex from 8:00pm to 9:30pm and additional training is on a Thursday night at Bankstown for our higher grades. Trials usually take place throughout March.
